Tesla employees shared footage
As is well known, there is an in-car camera in Tesla vehicles to facilitate use and enhance the experience. According to the allegation, particularly between 2019 and 2022, Tesla employees shared footage recorded in the car across various platforms.
The statement also includes the words of a former employee. The claim states that the footage is also shared in chat rooms. The shared content includes various images from accident moments to individuals’ private moments. Tesla has not yet released a statement on this issue. However, in their “Customer Privacy Statement,” it is written that the camera recordings will remain anonymous and not be connected to the company.
On the other hand, Tesla has recalled its cars many times. According to a report that emerged last month, the company has recalled 3.4 million vehicles since 2018. Additionally, the company experienced a 60.2% drop in the final days of last year. Investors attribute this decline to Elon Musk’s increasing interest in Twitter and his subsequent lack of time spent on Tesla.
